煤焦油乳膏的制备与临床应用研究

Study on Preparation and Clinical Application of Coal Tar Cream

目的研制煤焦油乳膏并观察其临床疗效。方法将煤焦油的提取液与乳膏基质混合均匀后制成煤焦油乳膏,考察其特性,并进行临床疗效的研究。结果经过反复多次的实验,煤焦油乳膏性状稳定,经过离心实验后,其外观无油水分离现象,色泽、均匀性等都不存在变化;家兔皮肤刺激性实验显示,涂药部位未出现红肿、红斑、水泡,湿疹等现象;对解放军一九五医院住院部58例寻常型银屑病患者进行疗效观察,其有效率为96.55%。结论本制剂制备工艺简单,稳定性好,疗效明显,使用安全,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective In order to meet the clinical needs,coal tar cream was prepared and its clinical efficacy was observed. Methods The coal tar extract was mixed with cream matrix to make coal tar cream,and its characteristics were investigated. The clinical effect was also studied. Results After repeated experiments,the properties of coal tar cream were stable. After the centrifugal test,the appearance of the tar cream was not oily and water separated,and the color and evenness were not changed; skin irritation in rabbits with coal tar cream experiments showed that there were no redness and swelling,erythema,blisters and eczema in the skin coated part. The curative effect of 58 cases of psoriasis vulgaris in the 195 Hospital of PLA was observed,and the effective rate was 96. 55%. Conclusion the preparation has simple preparation process,good stability,obvious curative effect,no irritation and safe use. It is worthy of clinical application.
