摘要
目的探讨检测热休克蛋白90α(Hsp90α)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖类抗原(CA19-9)水平在大肠癌诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2015年1月至2016年12月就诊于我院的大肠癌患者100例和大肠癌高危人群150例,同时选取健康查体的正常人50例为对照组。采用电化学发光法检测所有受试者的血清CEA、CA19-9水平,采用ELISA法检测血浆Hsp90α水平。对比三组人群三种肿瘤标记物水平差异,同时分析其与临床病理分化程度的关系,评价Hsp90α单独检测和联合检测对大肠癌的诊断价值。结果大肠癌患病组的血浆Hsp90α、血清CEA和CAl9-9水平明显高于健康对照组和大肠癌高危组;Hsp90α单独检测组的灵敏度明显低于联合检测组,但特异性较高。结论联合检测Hsp90α、CEA和CA19-9对大肠癌人群的筛查及早期诊断有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the clinical value of the combination of Hsp90α,CEA and CA19-9 in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods 100 cases of colorectal cancer patients and 150 cases at high risk of colorectal cancer were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016. In addition,50 normal subjects during the same period were selected as the control group. Serum CEA and CA19-9 levels were measured by electrochemiluminescence in all the subjects. Plasma Hsp90α levels were measured by ELISA. The differences between groups were compared for all three tumor markers and their relationships with clinicopathological features were also analyzed. In addition,the diagnostic value of Hsp90α alone and Hsp90α combined with CEA and CA19-9 were also evaluated. Results The levels of plasma Hsp90α,serum CEA and CA19-9 in colorectal cancer group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group and the high risk group of colorectal cancer. The sensitivity of Hsp90α alone group were significantly lower than those of Hsp90α plus CEA and CA19-9 group,but the specificity of the combined detection were lower than that of single Hsp90α.Conclusion The combined detection of Hsp90αwith CEA and CA19-9 is of great significance in the screening and early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
