基于协同的城市多区域发展——以新乡大东区为例

Multiple Regional Development of City Based on Cooperative Perspective

协同发展是区域经济发展的必然规律,随着城市框架的拉大,城市老区、新区、产业集聚区、经济开发区、高新区等城市内部多种区域也存在协同发展的需求.在陈述我国学者从不同视角理解区域协同概念的基础上,总结了区域协同发展的有效途径.结合新乡市大东区建设实际,分析大东区建设的背景和协同发展存在的问题,提出实现行政管理协同、出台协同发展政策、促进政府与企业协同、推进产城融合、优化发展环境等大东区多区域协同发展的对策措施.

Coordinated development is the necessary law of regional economic development. With the expansion ofurban framework,there is a need for coordinated development in multiple areas of city such as existing urban areas,new urban areas,industrial agglomeration areas,the economic development zones,high-tech zones and so on. Thearticle introduces the concept of regional coordination on different perspectives,summarizes the effective ways of regionalcoordinated development,analyzes the background and the problems of coordinated development in Xinxiang DadongDistrict,raises the countermeasures of multiple regional coordination development which are included administrativecoordination,cooperative development policy,coordination between government and enterprises,and optimizingdevelopment environment in Xinxiang Dadong District.
