西北五省(区)旅游与文化产业融合度研究

Convergence of Tourism and Cultural Industries in Five Provinces of Northwest China

在对旅游与文化产业融合文献进行综述的基础上,运用耦合协调度模型对西北五省(区)旅游与文化产业的融合情况进行评价分析.结果显示:(1)西北五省(区)旅游与文化产业融合协调度整体较低,基本都属于失调状态,且旅游产业要素与文化产业要素相关程度较低.(2)西北五省(区)协调程度存在地区差异,其中,陕西省两产业耦合协调程度最好,宁夏回族自治区最差.针对研究结果,提出以丝绸之路为纽带,构建文化特色鲜明的区域旅游产品体系;发挥政府服务引导职能,建立适宜文化旅游发展的管理体制;加大传统少数民族节庆宣传力度,丰富节庆活动中的游客参与内容;提升旅游商品的文化价值,打造具有浓郁西北特色的旅游文化品牌等推动两个产业融合的相关策略.

Based on the review of the literature on the integration of tourism and cultural industries,this paperevaluates and analyzes the integration of tourism and cultural industries in the five provinces(autonomous regions)in northwest China by using the coupled coordination model. The results show that the coordination degree of tourismand cultural industries in the five provinces(regions)of the northwest is generally low,and they are all in an imbalancedstate,and the correlation between tourism industry and cultural industries is relatively low. There are regional differencesin coordination among the five northwestern provinces,of which the coupling degree between the two industries inShaanxi province is the best,and the worst in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. And we propose to use the SilkRoad as a link to build a regional tourism product system with distinctive cultural features and give play to theguiding function of government services and establish a management system suitable for the development of culturaltourism. We suggest to intensify propaganda of traditional ethnic festivals and enrich the tourists' participation offestivals in content. We recommend to enhance the cultural value of tourism products and create a tourism culturewith rich characteristics of the northwest brand to promote the integration of the two industries.
