绿地与居住用地演进的空间相关性研究——以南京主城区为例 被引量:7

摘要 借助RS、GIS空间分析等方法,以空间相关指数为量化指标,对南京主城区绿地与居住用地的空间演变关系进行分时段研究。结果表明:中心城区绿地、居住用地消长对比突出,但峰值时段不同步;中心城区绿地随着与城市中心距离的加大分布逐渐增多,居住用地分布则较为均衡,绿地的"漏斗状"分布格局与居住用地"平底锅状"格局矛盾突出;公园绿地、附属绿地受居住用地带动快速增加、填充,与居住空间关联程度愈发紧密;山体水系破碎化加剧,农田急剧消退,山水田园景观与居住空间日渐疏远。针对存在问题,提出以区域生态本底为着眼加强建设用地边界控制、以有机疏散为发展导向合理布置中心区域城市功能、以开放式街区为策略高效利用各类绿地资源的应对策略,以期为城市规划及绿地规划布局提供科学依据,促进山水城市建设与人居环境的改善提升。 The spatial relationship of green space and residential land evolution in consecutive time periods in the central city of Nanjing was researched based on spatial correlation index, by the RS and GIS spatial analysis method. The crest value of green space decrease and residential land increase appeared in different periods of time. Closer to the central area of the city, the distribution of green space was much less. On the contrary, the distribution of residential land was balanced. The contradiction between fller-like distribution of green space and pan like distribution of residential land was prominent. With the sharp augment of residential land, park green space and affliated green space increased rapidly. The spatial relationship of them and residential land became much closer. With the fragmentation of mountain system or water system and the dramatic decrease of farmland, the scenery of the countryside and the shanshui landscape was far away from residential land. In view of the problems, the authors put forward strengthening construction land boundary controlling based on regional ecological background, arranging for the central city with the organic evacuation theory reasonably, and using all kinds of green land resources effciently by the strategy of open blocks. The results could provide scientifc basis for urban planning and green space planning and layout, and promote the shanshui city construction and the improvement of living environment.
