塑料渠道设计优化

摘要 采用有限元软件对注塑级聚丙烯塑料渠道进行数值模拟和设计优化,构建一种薄壁、能适应地基变形、不易开裂的新型渠道。结果表明,U形加肋塑料渠道结构较优,在满足强度和位移的条件下,典型农渠渠身厚度为3 mm,纵肋厚度3 mm,横肋厚度5 mm,两侧壁各加一条纵肋,每米设3根横肋时可达厚度最小、肋条数量最少,使得塑料渠道质量最小从而价格最低、投资最省。 The numerical simulation and design optimization of injection molding polypropylene plastic channel were carried out by using finite element software. A new type of thin wall,which can adapt to the deformation of foundation and not easy to crack, is constructed. The results show that the U-shaped ribbed plastic a better channel structure,under the condition of satisfy the intensity and displacement, the typical irrigation ditch drainage body thickness is 3 mm,longitudinal rib thickness is 3 mm,cross rib thickness is 5 mm,each side is a longitudinal rib,per meter settes three cross rib can reach minimum thickness,rib quantity minimum, make plastic channels for minimum weight to the lowest price, the most province investment.
