摘要
研究了聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)合金超声波焊接材料设计及焊接条件,对其与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)焊接强度的影响。研究发现,减少PC含量,采用高分子量的PC,都会使PC/ABS与PMMA超声波焊接的结合强度增加。可调节的几种焊接因素中,焊接时间和振幅对结合强度影响大,合适的加工参数才能得到焊接表面良好且焊接拉拔力大的焊接效果。工艺参数调制振幅70%,延长时间为0.7 s,焊接时间为0.2 s,保压时间为0.15 s,所得的焊接强度优异,表面效果较好。
The design and welding conditions of ultrasonic welding materials polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS) was studied. These factors have influenced on the improvement of welding strength with PMMA .The results show that reducing the content of PC and using PC with high molecular weight can increase the bonding strength of ultrasonic welding between PC/ABS and PMMA. The welding time and frequency also have great influence on the combined strength of several welding factors. The welding effect of welding surface is good and the welding force is high. The suitable technological parameter is that the modulation amplitude of the process parameters is 70%, and the retain time is 0.7 s, the welding time is switched to 0.2 s, pressure holding time is 0.15 s. Based on the conditions above, it can obtain welding strength excellently and the surface effect is better.
