摘要
根据挤出吹塑模具结构的设计特点,基于UG10软件进行了油瓶挤出吹塑模具设计。重点对分型面的选择、切坯口、余料槽、冷却系统及切边模具等关键结构进行了讨论,并设计了油瓶的挤出吹塑切边模具。经生产实践验证,该吹塑切边模具结构设计合理、动作可靠,成型的塑料件质量稳定,符合图纸技术要求。
According to the design characteristics of extrusion blow mold structure, based on the UG10 software, the oil bottle extrusion blow mould design was carried out, focusing on the selection of the sub-surface, cutting the mouth and the trough, cooling system and trimming die and other key parts were discussed. The oil drum extrusion blow moulding die was designed. Produced by the production practice, the blow molding trimming die structure design is reasonable, reliable action, formed plastic parts is stable quality, meets in line with the technical requirements of the drawings.
