摘要
主要综述了计算机辅助技术在熔融沉积3D打印中的应用,其中包括在对喷头温度场的分析、对制件温度场、应力场和压力场的分析以及预测不同工艺参数对制件精度的影响。其中涉及的高分子材料包括丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料、聚醚醚酮材料和聚乳酸材料;涉及的工艺参数主要为喷头温度、成型室温度、打印速率、扫描方式和分层厚度;采用的模型制件通常为板状制件,也包括结构较为复杂的人工骨制件。
The application of computer aided technology in 3D printing of molten deposit was reviewed, including the analysis of the temperature distribution of the nozzle, the analysis of the temperature distribution, pressure distribution and stress distribution and the prediction of the influence of different process parameters on the accuracy of parts. The polymer materials mentioned are acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene tri-block copolymer materials,poly(ether-ether-ketone) materials and polylactic acid material ;process parameters mentioned are temperature of nozzle, temperature of molding chamber, printing rate,scanning mode and layer thickness; the model products employed are usually polymeric sheet. The production of artificial bone was also mentioned, whose structure was more complex.
