摘要
为提高周向多爆炸成型弹丸(MEFP)战斗部的侵彻能力,设计了1种杆式MEFP战斗部。采用工程计算方法和数值模拟方法对1种新型MEFP进行了成型速度研究。进行了战斗部原理样机的静爆实验。根据实验结果对工程计算方法进行了修正。直径为127 mm的杆式MEFP战斗部样机的杆式弹丸可以穿透距爆心3 m处40 mm厚的Q235钢靶板,杆式弹丸长径比可达到4∶1,可以满足毁伤元穿甲威力要求。
Awarhead of rod-shaped circumferential multiple explosively formed penetrator( M E F P ) is designed to improve the damage ability. The initial velocity of a new M E F P is researched usingengineering calculation and numerical simulation. A static detonation experiment of thewarhead prototype is done. The engineering calculation is adjusted according to the experimental result. The rod-shaped penetrator of a 127 mm rod-shaped circumferential MEFP warhead prototype can penetrate 40mm depth Q 235 steel laid 3 m from the explosion center. The large lengtli to diameter ratio of the rod-shaped penetrator is 4 :1,which can satisfy the damage requirement.
