摘要
基于大数据的制造业与零售业融合发展契合了互联网经济时代生产、流通、消费融合发展和协同创新的新格局,将推动产业价值链重构,培育我国经济发展的新动能,亦是我国供给侧结构性改革深入推进的新支点。零售业以对消费需求大数据的深度透析为基础来推动制造业升级转型,进而从整体上优化供给侧,而制造业的快速反应、柔性制造、成本控制等可对零售业形成支撑,二者融合发展机理贯穿于研发创新—生产加工—仓储物流—营销与销售服务等全产业链条,能有效缩短产品创新周期、满足消费者个性化需求、降低供应链成本和从源头把控产品品质。大数据是制造业与零售业深度融合发展的纽带,随着技术日益进步,制造业与零售业融合发展愿景与现实之间的距离不断缩小,未来的融合发展路径需要强化融合意识、建立大数据共享平台、推动零售业生产服务化和加速制造业柔性化,以消费为主导重构产业链,聚焦于提供更好的产品和服务以满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。
The integrated development of manufacturing and retail industry based on big data fits well with the new pattern in the internet economy era,which is characterized by integrated development and collaborative innovation of production,circulation and consumption. It will promote the reconstruction of value chain,and become a significant new driving force for China's economic development and a new fulcrum of China's supply-side structural reform. The retail industry promotes the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing industry on the basis of deep analysis of big data on consumer demand,and then optimizes the supply-side as a whole. While the rapid response,flexible manufacturing and cost control of manufacturing firms,in turn,forms support for the retail industry. The integration mechanism runs through the whole industry chain,such as R&D innovation,production processing,warehouse logistics and marketing and sales services,which can effectively shorten the innovation cycle,meet the individual needs of consumers,reduce the cost of supply chain and ensure product quality from the source. Big data is a link of the integrated development of manufacturing and retail industry. As technological progress speeds up,the distance between vision and reality of integrated development of retail and manufacturing industry will continue to shrink,the future development path of integration needs to strengthen consciousness of integrated development,establish big data sharing platform,promote the retail industry to be productive services industry and manufacturing firms to accelerate flexibility,reconstruct industrial chain taking consumption as the orientation,and focus on providing better products and services to meet people's ever-growing needs for a better life.
