摘要
本文结合山东区域创新发展实际,构建了山东省区域创新能力评价指标体系,利用因子分析法对原指标体系降低维数的基本思想,构建了评价模型,结合2015年山东省统计年鉴和山东省科技统计年鉴的相关数据,对山东省17市的创新能力进行了评价与分析。以期找出各市创新发展过程的差距,为地方政府在制定科技创新政策时提供理论参考。
Based on Shandong＇s practical situation of regional innovation development, this paper constructed evaluation index system of regional innovation capacity for Shandong, using the principle of factor analysis method to reduce dimensions of original index system, and forming an evaluation model, and then evaluating and analyzing the innovation capacity of 17 cities in Shandong based on related data from Shandong Statistical Year Book-2015, Shandong Science and Technology Statistical Year Book-2015 and so on. We expected that the output of this paper can mark the differences of each city during innovation development, and provide theoretical reference for government to make science and technology innovation policies.
