摘要
依据《建设创新型城市工作指引》确定的建设创新型城市指标体系,全面评估2013年获批国家创新型试点城市以来青岛的建设进展,总结在创新要素、产业竞争力、创新创业、绿色发展、创新政策等五个方面的十大亮点,比较分析青岛创新型城市建设中在科技投入、高新技术企业以及创新支撑民生改善等方面存在的问题,提出加快推进创新型城市建设的对策建议。
Based on the construction of innovative city index system in the ＂Work Guidelines of Innovative City Construction＂, a comprehensive evaluation of Qingdao Innovative City Construction has been comprehensively summarized since 2013, In terms of innovation factors, industrial competitiveness, innovation and entrepreneurship, green development, innovation policy and so on. Then the existing problems in the aspects of technology investment, high-tech enterprise and innovation support have been analyzed. At last proposing some suggestions on how to accelerate the construction of innovative city.
