摘要
公共支出的总量与结构,表明了政府介入经济生活和社会生活的规模与深度,体现了政府对经济社会的关注。近几年来,西部地区经济飞速发展,然而与东部、中部相比还有差距。本文通过对西部十二省2010~2014年的公共支出分析,将西部各省做了纵向与横向比较,找出影响各省经济发展的主要因素,提出结论与政策建议。
The total amount and structure of public expenditure, indicating government intervention in economic life and social life of the scale and depth, reflecting the government＇s economic and social concerns. In recent years, with rapid economic development in the western region, there is still a gap. Based on the analysis of the public expenditure of twelve provinces in the west of 2010～2014 compared with the eastern and central regions.This paper makes a comparison between the vertical and horizontal in the western provinces, and finds out the main factors that affect the economic development of the provinces.
