摘要
马钢4号3200m3高炉在开炉过程中,针对初次引煤气这一限制环节,采取了一系列措施,有效的控制了开炉初期煤气中的水分,大大提前了引煤气的时间,为快速推进开炉进程创造了条件,实现了高炉快速开炉达产的目标。
It is summarized the process of cited gas of No. 4 3200 m3 blast furnace blowing-in at ma steel. A series of measures have been taken. Effectively control the moisture in the gas at the beginning of blow-In. The time of cited gas is much earlier. Created the conditions to advance the blowing-In process quickly. Reach the goals of production in blowing-In quickly.
