课题主要是从安徽这样一个农业大省,农村人口较多,基础较为薄弱的实际情况出发,来探讨如何处理好供给侧要素之间的关系,通过体制改革和机制创新,培育新型农业经营主体,盘活农村土地及各种经济、组织和文化自然资源,发挥市场引领功能,优化资本配置,引发农民的自觉行动,增强安徽农村发展的内生动力。

This subject is mainly from Anhui as a major agricultural province,the rural population,the actual situation of the relatively weak basis,to discuss how to deal with the relationship between the supply side factors,through reform and innovation,the development of new agricultural business entities,revitalize rural land and all kinds of economic and cultural organizations and natural resources,play market leading function,optimize the allocation of capital,caused the conscious action of farmers in rural areas of Anhui,enhance the development of endogenous motivation.
