党的十八大以来,面对从严治党的新形势,加强基层党建工作摆在了突出位置。通过描述学校基层党建工作开展的现状及存在的问题,探讨新形势下如何加强学校基层党建工作,并提出相应的建议,例如加强思想教育、突出政治引领、完善党建工作体制机制、强化基层组织建设、创新工作方式方法等。

since the 18 th CPC National Congress,in the face of the new situation of strict party management,strengthening the party building work at the grassroots level has placed a prominent position. This paper aims to describe the status of the grass-roots party construction work in schools and the existing problems,how to strengthen the school to explore the grass-roots party construction work under the new situation,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions,for example,ideological education should be strengthened and political guidance should be highlighted,improve the system of Party building work mechanism,strengthen the building of grassroots organizations,innovative work methods etc.
