直接再使用是退役汽车循环利用途径中利用率最高、成本最低的再利用方式。针对目前汽车回收市场秩序混乱、回用件质量无保证、定价无依据等问题,提出了退役汽车回用件分类分级管理概念及方法,以车门系统为例介绍了分类分级管理过程。分类分级结果是回用件质量状况的有效报告,能为消费者选用回用件提供有效参考,对退役汽车回用件循环利用行业的有序发展具有重要意义。

In view of the disorder of the automobile recycling market at the moment, mainly manifested as lack of quality guarantee and pricing basis for the retrieved parts, we proposed the concept and method of the classification and grading of the retrieved parts from retired automobiles and demonstrated the classification and grading process in the case of the car door system. The result of the classification and grading effectively reports the quality status of the retrieved parts and can provide valid reference for the consumers in their selection, thus of great significance to the orderly development of the car parts recycling industry.
