摘要
在"互联网+"背景下探索了高职物流管理人才培养中,创新物流技术技能的培养模式,构建了高职学生逐级递进而完整的"物流技术技能培养链条",从"方法(工具)应用能力"到"物流各子系统作业能力"再到"物流综合技能与能力"三个层面对高职学生的物流技术技能进行培养,使物流职业技能的培养从"碎片化"整合到"系统设计"层面,在产教融合的基础上进行物流核心职业能力的培养,使高职物流人才的培养更能切合企业的实际需求,培养学生循序渐进地形成综合职业技能和职业素养,促进"职业人"与"全面发展的人"的和谐统一。
In this paper, in the context of "Internet+", we explored the training mode of innovative logistics technology and skill in the training of logistics management personnel in higher vocational colleges, constructed the progressive and complete logistics technology and skill training chain for the higher vocational students to cultivate their logistics technology and skill step by step from the level of method(instrument) application ability to logistics subsystem operating ability and then to comprehensive logistics skills and competence, thus replacing the fragmented training to training with systematic design. Then based on the integration of industry and education, we proposed to train the core competence of the logistics talents so that they could better meet the actual needs of the enterprises, lead them to gradually form the comprehensive vocational skills and professional quality, and promote the harmonious unity of a "professional" and a "all-round developed person".
