摘要
多股螺旋扭转弹簧在自动武器中广泛使用,目前仍没有一个标准的参数化建模方法。根据多股螺旋弹簧几何成形原理,分析了多股螺旋扭转弹簧中一次螺旋线和二次螺旋线函数关系,研究了多股扭簧标准三维参数化建模方法。在UG NX中,通过动态表达式建模方法,应用"扫掠"、"草图"等功能,建立了双圆柱三股螺旋扭转弹簧参数化模板,根据81式和56式7.62 mm步枪的扭簧参数进行参数化建模,验证了参数化建模的可行性。多股螺旋扭转弹簧建模过程中,采用标准的命名,为各类复杂弹簧参数化建模提供参考,推进复杂模型的三维参数化进程。
Stranded wire helical torsion spring is widely used in automatic weapons, there is still no standard parametric modeling method. According to the geometrical forming principle of stranded wire helical torsion spring, the functional relationship between the primary helix and the two helix is analyzed, and the three - dimensional parametric modeling method of torsion spring is studied. In the UG NX, using the dynamic expression modeling method, adopting “sweep”, “sketch” etc, a parametric template for two - column three - strand helical torsion spring is established. Parametric modeling is based on 81 and 56 7.62 mm rifle torsion spring parameters, and the feasibility of parametric modeling is verified. In the process of stranded wire helical torsion spring modeling, the standard naming is used to provide reference for all kinds of complex spring parametric modeling, and promote the three - dimensional parameterization process of complex model.
