摘要
运用访谈和问卷相结合的研究方法,以电力企业退休人员为研究对象,运用和谐管理理论的"和则"与"谐则"双规则机制对电力企业现有退休人员管理问题进行分析,探索适合电力企业和谐管理主题下的发展机制。研究发现双规则机制对解决电力企业退休人员社会化管理问题同样适用,并提出"和则"与"谐则"双规则机制的有效建议:"和则"的建议为,提高退休管理人员服务意识、推进思想教育工作、定期开展文体活动;"谐则"的建议为,优化企业退休管理服务流程、完善党支部小组建设、分类分层分阶段推行"渐进式"和"直达式"退休管理模式。
Combined with interview and questionnaire form, taken electric power enterprise retirees as thetarget, and by using the “He principle”and “Xie principle”of Hexie management theory, analysis is made aboutthe problems in the management of retirees from electric power enterprises, to explore the developmentmechanism suitable for them against the theme of Hexie management. The study finds that dual principlemechanism also applies to the socialized management of retirees from electric power enterprises and proposesthe effective advice of a dual principle mechanism of “He principle” and “Xie principle”. “He principle”suggests that the service awareness of retiree management workers should be raised; ideological educationshould be promoted; and cultural and sports activities should be regularly implemented. “Xie principle” suggeststhat service procedures will be optimized for retirement management in the enterprise, the building of CPC Partybranches should be improved and a gradual and one-stop retirement management mode should be implementedaccording to various types, levels and stages.
