摘要
我国正式加入《华盛顿协议》后,工程教育认证将在一段较长时间影响着高校工程专业人才培养的模式。其中德育是影响工程人才培养质量的重要因素,在工程教育认证指标体系中已明确了相关内容及要求。而主体性弱化、实践性不足、实效性监控不力和社会化程度不高等几方面是当前影响工程人才德育质量与实效的主要原因。从思想、组织、制度、课程实效等方面构建保障体系,推进德育主体化、全员化、实践化和社会化,将有效提升德育质量,以支持工程人才培养。
After China’s official accession to Washington Accord, engineering education accreditation will makean impact on the cultivation mode of engineering talents in colleges and universities for a long period of time.Moral education plays a significant role in the quality of engineering talents cultivation, which has unequivocalregulations and requirements in the accreditation indicator system. However, the cardinal constraints on thequality and effectiveness of moral education for engineering talents turn to be the weakening of subjectivity,lacking practice, inadequate monitoring on effectiveness and low degree of socialization. Hence, we should builda security system from the perspectives of thoughts, organizations, and institutions, effect of course and otheraspects, to advance a subjective, whole-member, practical and socialized moral education. This will finallyenhance the quality of moral education to bolster the engineering talents cultivation.
