摘要
CRISPR/Cas9是一种多功能的基因工程技术,除了基因编辑,在基因表达的调控,活细胞DNA/RNA成像等方面也受到了广泛的关注。然而,CRISPR/Cas9系统源自原核生物,要应用到其他生物体内,还需要有运载体的协助。本文结合CRISPR/Cas9技术在多方面的应用,对其运载体进行了综述,为相关领域的工作提供参考。
CRISPR^Cas9 is a versatile gene engineering technology that has been received extensive attention in gene editing , regulation of gene expression ad live cell DNA/^RNA imaging as well. However , the CRISPderived from prokaryotes , which requires delivery vehicles for application in other organisms. Capplications of CRISPR/Cas9 technology, this paper reviews its delivery vehicles to providing a refereece to the work ofrelevant fields.
