摘要
在台湾苗栗县城附近有客家人讳"猪肺"为"猪戏"语言现象,是由于在台湾苗栗客方言中,"肺""废""费"三字同音,使人感觉不舒服,产生避讳念头,改为"猪戏"。苗栗县城附近老一辈人将"猪肺/猪戏"说成苗栗客方言洋泾滨式日文"豚芝居い(ぶたしばい)",至少证明苗栗县城附近客家人,确实是将"猪肺"讳称"猪戏",而不会是其他同音词。但在台湾各腔调客家话中,"猪肺"/"猪戏"并不同音,这是客家人借用了闽南人将"猪肺"讳称"猪戏"的用法。
The Hakka people in Maioli,Taiwan have a peculiar phenomenon of language by naming " pig lung" as " pig opera" just because of the three homonyms of " lung", " waste",and " fee",which make the Hakka people feel that they cannot eat the wastes from pigs or waste the precious pig. The elderly people in Miaoli County name pig lung as pig opera by using the Chinese Pidgin Japanese( butashibai). At least it is proved that the Hakka people in Miaoli County consider pig lung as pig opera instead of other homophones. However,in Taiwan,the tones of pig lung and pig opera in the Hakka dialect are not the same. It is likely that the Hakka people have borrowed from the people's euphemism in south Fujian by naming pig lung as pig opera.
