福建省高校专利工作现状及对策研究

Current Situation of Patent Work in Colleges in Fujian and Strategies Concerned

从专利申请及授权数量、专利申请类型、专利转化情况等多个角度来分析福建省高校专利工作现状,结果显示,福建省高校对专利的重视程度提高,专利工作取得一定成效,但是还存在科技资源存量较少、专利脱离市场需要、缺乏专门管理机构等问题,高校应当通过完善科研管理机制和激励制度,加强校企合作,积极宣传专利成果等策略来推动专利工作发展。

This paper tries to analyze the current situation of patent work in the colleges and universities in Fujian in a perspective of patent application and authorization,patent application types,patent transformation and so on. The result shows that the colleges and universities in Fujian attach great importance to the patent work,and the patent work has achieved some success. But there are still such problems as lack of scientific and technological resources and specialized management institutions,patent application divorced from actual needs in the market. The colleges and universities in Fujian should promote the development of patent work by improving the management mechanism and incentive system, strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and actively publicizing the patent achievements.
