摘要
游隙是影响滚动轴承性能的一个重要参数。研究了游隙对交叉圆柱滚子转盘轴承载荷分布的影响规律。首先,建立轴承载荷分布的计算模型并得到一组平衡方程,然后采用Newton-Raphson法计算某型号轴承在联合载荷作用下,不同游隙值时两个接触对的载荷分布情况,分析游隙对滚动体最大接触载荷的影响规律。结果表明,随着轴承游隙的减小,承担载荷的滚动体数目逐渐增多,且滚动体载荷分布趋向均匀化。轴承最大接触载荷随着游隙的减小,先减小后增大。当游隙在负游隙一侧取值时,有利于提高轴承的承载能力。
Clearance is one of the important parameters influencing the performances of rolling bearings. The influence law of clearance on load distributions of crossed cylindrical slewing bearings is researched. Firstly, the calculation model of the bearing load distributions is established and a set of equilibrium equations are obtained. Then load distributions of two contact pairs are calculated based on the Newton-Raphson iterative procedure with combined loads applying to the slewing bearing in different internal clearances. Furthermore, the relationship between the internal clearances and maximum contact force is analyzed. The result shows that, with the decrease of the value of the clearance, the number of rollers undertaking the loads begin to increase gradually, and the load distributions of the rollers tend to be homogenized. The maximum contact load of the bearing decreases firstly and then increases gradually with the clearance decrease. As the clearance is given at the side of negative clearance values, it is helpful to improve the carrying capacity of the bearing.
