摘要
对甜菊糖生产的能耗单元进行消耗水平分析,从余热二次利用、工艺改进、设备运行效能、新型节能设备应用等方面提出节气、节水、节电降耗措施,对其中的一些技术方法提供了实际应用的案例。提出了今后继续从工艺改进、新设备应用、运行管理自动化控制、保温等环节中挖掘节能潜力,以达到降低单位能耗及成本的目的。
Based on the analysis of actual energy consumptions during stevia sugar production, this paper proposes the practical measures to save energy(gas, water and powder) consumption and reduce cost through waste heat recycle and utilization, process development, equipment operation efficiency, application of newly energy-saving equipment, and provides some project applications as case study for some techniques and methods adopted in the production. Then tap the further potentialities in the coming productions to achieve specific-energy-consumption(SEC) saving and cost-reducing by process upgradation, new equipment application, autocontrol operation and hating insulation.
