摘要
对玉米中脂肪酸值的测定方法进行了分析研究。重点考察了测定过程中样品制备放置时间和提取时间对玉米中脂肪酸值测定结果的影响,同时对手工滴定法和电位滴定法2种方法检测同一玉米样品中脂肪酸值的测定结果进行分析比较,发现2种方法的测定结果基本一致,均能满足试验要求,且测定结果准确可靠,重复性较好。
In this paper, the determination method of fatty acid value of corn was studied. The results showed that the determination of fatty acid value in corn was affected by the factors such as sample preparation and extraction time. At the same time, two methods of manual titration and potentiometric titration were used to determine fatty acid value. By comparison, the results are basically the same, and the two methods can meet the test requirements. The result is accurate, reliable and reproducible.
