摘要 建立了气相色谱法对果汁中毒死蜱残留量的分析方法。样品采用乙腈超声提取后,用HP-5毛细管气相色谱柱、火焰光度检测器测定,外标法定量。在该检测方法下,毒死蜱的线性范围为25 ng/mL^400 ng/mL,相关系数为0.999 91,检出限为0.012 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.75%,平均加标回收率为91.3%~94.1%,RSD(n=6)为2.66%~3.38%。结果表明,该方法适用于果汁总毒死蜱残留量的检测分析。 A gas chromatography method was developed for the residue determination of chlorpyrifos in fruit juice.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile under ultrasonic wave. The chromatographic separation was achieved on HP-5 capillary columns. Analytes were detected with FPD and quantified by external standard of the peak area. The liner rang of chlorpyrifos was 25 ng/mL ~400 ng/mL, with correlation coefficients 0.999 91. The limit of detection for chlorpyrifos was 0.012 mg/kg, and the relative standard deviations(n = 6) was 1.75% . The average recoveries of chlorpyrifos for analyses in blank samples spiked at 3 levels ranged between 91.3% and 94.1% , with relative standard deviations between 2.66% and 3.38% . The method is simple, sensitive and the results are accurate and reliable, thus practical for the analysis of chlorpyrifos residues in fruit juice.
