不同热值气体燃料混合燃烧对9E燃气轮机运行的影响

摘要 为了更好地降低燃气轮机运行成本,燃料的多变性成为一个重要选择,但是不同热值燃料的采用也带来了一些新的问题,本文通过分析PG9171E型燃气轮机在线燃烧混合不同热值气体燃料时的实际运行工况,论述了对PG9171E燃气轮机的运行和燃烧系统的影响,并根据实际运维经验提出应急措施与解决方案。最终得出结论:进行燃烧调整可以解决使用不同燃烧热值使机组产生负荷波动、燃烧故障的问题。 In order to reduce the operation cost of gas turbine, variable fuel has become an important choice,but witli diferent calorific value of fuel also brings some new problems, through the analysis of PG9171E type gas turbine combustion the actual operating conditions of gas mixture of different calorific value,discusses the impact on the operation of gas turbine and combustion PG9171E the system,and put forward the emergency measures according to the actual operation experience and solutions. Finally,it is concluded that the combustion adjustment can solve the problem of load fluctuation and combustion failure caused by the use of diferent combustion heat values.
