摘要
介绍了舞钢采用连铸坯生产洗涤塔用大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板的工艺和主要技术难点。通过成分设计以及冶炼、轧制、两次正火+回火热处理等工艺控制,实现晶粒细化和组织均匀性,所生产100-120 mm大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板的综合力学性能及晶粒度均满足技术要求。
The paper introduces the production process and main technical difficulties of 14CrlMoR large thick-ness steel plate from slab for scrubber in Wugang. By means of chemical composition design, process control of melt-ing, rolling, double normalizing and tempering, grain refinement and microstructure homogeneity are improved. The comprehensive mechanical properties and grain size of 14CrlMoR steel plate of thickness ranging from 100 mm to 120mm produced by Wugang satisfy the technical requirements.
