摘要 针对南钢由连铸坯成形塑料模具钢1.2311厚板的生产工艺、显微组织和夹杂物进行研究分析,结果表明:钢中的夹杂物以含量较低的非金属夹杂物为主;显微组织为回火贝氏体,组织均匀、致密,厚度方向的硬度均匀性良好。此外,回火工艺影响研究证明:回火温度升高或回火时间延长均会导致钢板硬度下降,回火时间对硬度的影响弱于回火温度。 Research and analysis are performed on the production process, microstructure and inclusions of heavy plastic die steel plate 1. 2311 formed from continuously cast slab in NISCO. The results show that the inclusions in steel are dominated by non - metallic inclusions with low content. The microstructure comprises of tempered bainite, which is homogenous and dense. The through thickness hardness is of good uniformity. In addition, the effect of tempering process is studied. The hardness decreases as tempering temperature or time increases. The effect of tempering time on hardness is less than that of tempering temperature.
