摘要
通过研究化学成分、加热、轧制及热处理工艺对钢板性能的影响,设计了SA-299Gr.B钢板生产工艺,并对钢板实物性能及组织进行分析。结果表明:舞钢生产的厚度185 mm锅炉压力容器用SA-299Gr.B钢板具有优良的综合力学性能以及良好的内部质量,达到NB/T 47013.3-2015标准I级超声波探伤要求。
By studying the effects of composition, reheating, rolling and heat treatment process on mechanical properties of steel plate,Wugang designs the production process of SA - 299Gr. B steel plate and analyzes the actual product properties and microstructure. The results show that the 185 mm thick SA -299Gr. B steel plate for boiler pro-duced by Wugang is of excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and solid soundness, satisfying the requirements of ultrasonic detection Level 1 in NB/T 47013. 3 -2015 standard.
