摘要
采用高压注浆加固围岩是巷道支护的辅助手段,巷道开挖后利用高压泵通过小导管进行注浆,实质上是将浆液渗透扩散至巷道周围相互联通的网络状裂隙,浆体凝固后能够显著提高巷道围岩的强度。某矿112石门受22612工作面回采影响,巷道破坏较为严重,尽管在原有的锚喷支护基础上,采用2:1水灰比的浆液注浆,但由于浆液较为稀释,浆液在凝结前后渗漏流失,注浆压力较低,不能对巷道破碎围岩进行有效加固。以该巷道松软破碎围岩为背景,对注浆参数和加固技术进行了优化研究。
Using high pressure grouting technique is auxiliary means of roadway, roadway excavation by high-pressure grouting pump through a small catheter, is essentially around the slurry diffusion to the roadway interconnection network fracture, slurry solidification can significantly improve the strength of surrounding rock. Influenced by coal winning of 22612 working face,damage of 112 cross cut is serious,on the basis of original bolt and shotcrete supporting, slurry(ratio of water to cement is 2: 1) is used for grouting, However, due to the dilution of the slurry, the leakage of the slurry occurs before and after the condensation,and the grouting pressure is low,the broken surrounding rock of the roadway can not be effectively strengthened.In this paper, the grouting parameters and reinforcement technology are optimized and studied based on the soft broken surrounding rock of the roadway.
