摘要
在探究液压支架运动学的基础上,以顶梁铰点和掩护梁的运动轨迹与给定曲线的最小水平差值为目标函数,对液压支架四连杆机构建立相应模型;利用Visual++610程序编写软件中的可视化功能分析液压支架四连杆机构运动轨迹,对绘制液压支架载荷图、优化设计参数和分析构架的受力情况具有重要意义。
Based on the research on the kinematics of hydraulic support, with the minimum level difference trajectory and a given curve beam hinge and shield beam as the objective function,the corresponding model of four bar linkage mechanism in hydraulic support were established.The authors anlysed the running trace of four bar linkage by using the function of visualization of Visu£ il++ 610 program,which has important significance for drawing the hydraulic support load force diagram, optimizing design parameters and analyzing the force of framework.
