摘要
通过350 MW超临界CFB锅炉燃烧调整实验,研究炉前喷钙系统的石灰石输入量与NOx原始排放的关系,并绘制石灰石输入量与NO_x原始排放的关系曲线。基于实验结论,通过调整炉内石灰石的用量,控制进入脱硫塔原烟气SO_2含量,实现炉内喷钙系统、SNCR脱硝系统、尾部湿法脱硫系统的合理化匹配,获得最佳经济效益。
Carried out combustion adjustment experiment in 350MW supercritical CFB boiler,the relationship between the input of limestone and the original NOx emission was studied, and drawed the relation curve between the input of limestone and the original emission of NOx.Based on the experimental results, by adjusting the amount of limestone in the furnace, controlling the SO2 content in the flue gas of desulfurization tower,realized the reasonable matching of the calcium injection system in the furnace, the SNCR denitration system and the tail wet desulfurization system,got the best economic benefits.
