摘要 在综采工作面搬家时,液压支架撤回工作用时长、效率低、安全性差等,为了解决这些问题,从设备配套和安全回撤工艺两个方面深入研究,优化在辅巷多通道和单翼单通道中支架回撤工艺。同传统工作面搬家方法相比,现代支架回撤工艺多使用WC40Y、WC25EJ系列支架搬运车;通过ZZ7200/18/36型三角区掩护支架进行支护。这种液压支架回撤工艺用时短了27-35d,降低了工作总耗时。由于辅巷多通道比单翼单通道对巷道中瓦斯浓度和掘进量要求高,所以辅巷多通道支架回撤效果更好。 In the withdrawal of fully-mechanized mining face, the withdrawal of the hydraulic support need long time,and working efficiency is low,security is bad,In order to solve these problems, two aspects were studied from the equipment supporting and the safety rewithdrawing process.Supports withdrwal technics was optimized in multi channel of in the auxiliary roadway and single channels of single wings.Compared with the traditional method of the working face moving, the modem supports withdrwal technics are mainly using the WC40Y and WC25EJ series bracket carrier, and using ZZ7200 /18 /36 triangle shield support to realized the relevant supporting.The hydraulic support retracement process was shortened by about 27~35 days, which greatly reduced the total work time. Compared with single channels of single wings,The needs of multi channel of in the auxiliary roadway is stricter on the aspects of gas concentration and excavation volume, so the effect of multi channel of in the auxiliary roadway is better.
