超高水材料在百贯沟矿高冒区中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 多年来,关于高冒区的处理一直是煤矿安全生产中难以解决的问题。传统处理高冒区的方式不能有效改善煤岩体破碎情况且不能防止煤层氧化自燃。在分析高冒区的危害基础上,论证了超高水充填材料处理高冒区的可行性,并以百贯沟矿高冒区具体情况确定了合适的充填工艺。根据现场效果论证,应用超高水材料充填高冒区工艺是一种安全、高效、经济的处理方法,相比于传统处理方法具有很大优势。 For many years, the treatment of high caving area has been difficult to solve in coal mine production. The traditional treatment of high caving area can not effectively improve the coal and rock fragmentation, and can not prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seam oxidation. Based on the analysis of the hazard of high caving area, this paper demonstrated the feasibility of high water filling material in treating high caving area, and determined the proper filling technology with the specific conditions of high risk area in Baiguangou Mine. According to the field effect demonstration, it is a safe, efficient and economic treatment method to use high water material filling technology in high caving area, which has great advantages over traditional methods.
