矿山翻车机的液压化改造及应用

摘要 结合冶金矿山电动翻车机在使用中有待解决的问题,通过理论计算将自锁式液压马达及液压同步技术应用于翻车机的液压驱动控制改造中。现场应用结果表明,改造后的系统彻底解决了易烧电机、运行不同步的现象,在满足原系统功能的基础上,可靠性、自动化程度更高,操作方便,维护简单,提高了翻车机的运行效率,大大减轻维护成本,从而实现了安全高效生产。 Combined with the problems to be solved in the application of electric mine dumper, the self locking hydraulic motor and hydraulic synchronization technology were applied to the hydraulic drive and control transformation of the dumper. The application results show that the modified system avoided the high risk of motor burning, and has solved the problems of running out of synchronization.it not only met the basic function of the original system, the reliability and automation level is higher, the operation is convenient and the maintenance is simple. It improves the operation efficiency of the dumper and greatly reduces the maintenance cost, so as to achieve a safe and efficient production.
