摘要
结合寺河煤矿矿井水井下水处理设备安装工程,阐述了寺河煤矿采用超磁分离技术进行矿井水井下处理的工艺流程,详细介绍了矿井水井下处理系统中的三个阶段:污泥压滤阶段、混凝阶段、超磁分离处理阶段。并且结合具体施工过程,介绍了超磁分离技术在矿井水井下处理中的优缺点。通过超磁分离技术在寺河煤矿矿井水井下处理中的应用,成功实现了矿井水的井下复用,节省大量的矿井供排水费用,节约采煤成本,对于具有同等条件的矿井具有极高的推广价值。
Aimed at the installation engineering of mine water treatment in Sihe Coal Mine,the technical process of water treatment in underground coal mine was proposed by using magnetic separation technology in Sihe Coal Mine. This paper focuses on separation of different water treatment of mine water, the common necessary preprocessing step of coal mine water and medium, three stages of mine water treatment systems were introduced in detail, include sludge dewatering stage, coagulation stage, magnetic separation stage. Combined with the actual construction process,the advantages and disadvantages of the magnetic separation technology in the treatment of mine shaft were introduced. The application of magnetic separation technology has realized the reuse of mine water, and has reduced the cost of coal mining. It has a very high promotion value for the mine with the same conditions.
