加强企务公开工作的几点思考

结合煤炭企业的特点和实践经验,对如何做好企务公开工作进行了系统思考。分别从政治站位、制度建设、活动载体、管理举措和职工群众广泛参与等五个方面,深刻阐述做好企务公开工作的必要性,如何做到规范化常态化、提高时效性针对性、提高凝聚力执行力、提升职工群众的参与度满意度。对当前历史条件下,煤炭企业企务公开工作提供了一定借鉴。

Based on the characteristics and practical experience of coal enterprises, this paper makes a systematic thinking on how to do a good job of business public work. Five aspects from the political stance, system construction, activity carrier, management measures and the broad masses of workers to participate in, profoundly expounded the necessity of enterprises to do public service work, how to achieve the standardization and normalization to improve the timeliness, improve the cohesion of execution, enhance the participation of the masses of workers＇ satisfaction degree. Under the current historical conditions, the coal enterprise has provided a certain reference for the work of enterprise public work.
