基于航空公司公平性的航班时刻表优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着航班时刻需求的增加,迫切需要优化航班时刻表,尤其是优化航空公司在繁忙机场的航班时刻。针对航班计划不合理造成的大面积延误问题,在满足延误水平的基础上,建立基于航空公司公平性的航班时刻优化模型,并设计了基于粒子群算法的布谷鸟搜索算法进行航班时刻表优化。以广州白云国际机场为例进行航班时刻表优化,并应用SIMMOD进行仿真验证。研究结果表明,航班时刻表优化后,航空公司的公平性得到了显著提高,航班平均延误降低了3.1 min,放行正常率提高了11.21%,说明该模型和算法是有效的,为大型机场航班时刻配置和航班保障放行提供了理论支持。 With the increase demand for flight time,it is urgent to optimize flight schedules,especially for optimization of airline flight time at busy airports. In order to resolve the problem of widespread flight delays caused by unreasonable flight plan,a flight schedule optimization model based on airline fairness is established with the premise of meeting the delay level.The cuckoo search algorithm based on particle swarm algorithm is designed to optimize the flight schedule. Taking Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport as an example,the flight schedule optimization is carried out and SIMMOD is used for simulation verification. The results show that the flight schedule optimization makes airline fairness significantly improved,the average flight delay reduced by 3.1 minutes,and the aircraft release rate increased by 11.21%,which further proves the validity of the model and algorithm,and can provide theoretical support for large airport flight time allocation and aircraft security release.
