互联网时代检察机关提升司法公信力的路径

Path of Improving Judicial Credibility in the Age of the Internet

随着互联网的普及,互联网成为社情民意的重要表达平台。一方面,网络自身的特点使网络舆论不可避免地存在偏差,可能对司法公信力产生冲击。另一方面,我国法治建设与社会转型期,社会信用体系受到严峻挑战,司法现状与民众期望之间存在较大差距,司法公信力缺失的现状也不容忽视。因此,"互联网+"时代,检察机关如何提升司法公信力是司法体制改革进程中需要解决的重要课题。

With the development of the Internet, the Internet has become an important platlorm for the expression of public opinion. On the one hand,the network＇s own characteristics make the public opinion inevitable deviation, which may also have impact on judicial credibility. On the other hand,during the period of rule of law in China, the social credit system was severely challenged. There is a big gap between the judicial status and the public expectation, in addition , the current situation of judicial credibility can not be ignored. Therefore,in the era of ＂ Internet ＋＂, it is an important task for procuratorial organs to improve judicial credibility in the process of judicial system reform.
