Current strategies and prospects of cancer immunotherapy

随着肿瘤学、免疫学以及分子生物学等相关学科的不断发展和交叉渗透,肿瘤免疫治疗的基础和临床研究均得到了迅猛的发展,为抗肿瘤治疗模式带来了革命性的改变。免疫治疗主要包括靶向免疫检查点治疗、嵌合抗原受体T细胞疗法、肿瘤疫苗以及细胞因子和小分子药物治疗等。免疫治疗为晚期实体瘤患者带来长期生存获益的同时,也面临诸多挑战,未来对肿瘤免疫治疗的探索还有很长的路要走。

With the development and infiltration of oncology, immunology, molecular biology and other related disciplines, a great progress has been made in basic and clinical medicine research of cancer immunotherapy, which has brought revolutionary changes in the treatment of cancer. Immunotherapy such as immune checkpoint blockade, chimeric antigen receptor T cells therapy, tumor vaccines, cytokines and small molecule drugs have brought a long-term survival benefit for patients with advanced solid tumor. However, there are also many challenges, so there is still a long way to go for precision cancer immunotherapy.
