树脂改性玻璃离子修复龈下楔状缺损效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨树脂改性玻璃离子(resin modified glass ionomer,RMGI)修复龈下楔状缺损的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年4月本院收治的100例上颌前磨牙龈下楔状缺损患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为研究组(50例)和对照组(50例)。研究组患者行RMGI牙体楔状缺损修复术,对照组患者行普通玻璃离子水门汀楔状缺损修复术。比较两组患者菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、龈沟出血指数(sulcular bleeding index,SBI)及龈沟液样本中天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphates,ALP)、白介素-1β(interleukine-1β,IL-1β)水平。采用美国公共健康协会(United States Public Health Service,USPHS)评价标准评估两组的成功率。结果修复后6个月和12个月,研究组在外形、边缘密合性、边缘着色、颜色匹配性、表面质地方面修复成功患者例数均显著多于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组患者龈沟液AST、ALP、IL-1β水平及PLI、PD、SBI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 RMGI修复龈下楔状缺损,牙体间粘接和边缘密合性均良好、患牙色泽美观,临床效果显著。 Objective To explore the efficacy of resin modified glass ionomer(RMGI) in the treatment of subgingival wedge-shaped defect. Method 100 cases of maxillary anterior teeth were selected in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016, and they were randomly divided into research group(n = 50) and control group(n = 50). Patients in research group received repair of tooth wedge-shaped defect with RMGI, while patients in control group received repair of tooth wedge-shaped defect with common glass ionomer. The plaque index(PLI), probing depth(PD) and sulcular bleeding index(SBI) and the expression levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alkaline phosphates(ALP) and interleukine-1β(IL-1β) were compared between the two groups. The success rate of United States Public Health Service(USPHS) was recorded and compared between the two groups. Result The number of patients with successful repair of appearance, marginal consistency, marginal staining, colour matching, surface texture of research group were more than those in control group at 6 months and 12 months after repair(P〈0.05). The levels of AST, ALP and IL-1β of gingival crevicular fluid in research group were lower than those in control group at 6 months and 12 months after repair(P〈0.05). The PLI, PD and SBI of research group were lower than those of control group at 6 months and 12 months after repair(P〈0.05). Conclusion Repair of tooth wedge-shaped defect with RMGI could improve interdental adhesion, marginal consistency, color and lustre significantly. It has high effectiveness.
