摘要
对雷雨、降雪等复杂天气出现之前的准备工作及之后的地面气象观测工作技巧进行了探讨,并提出了提高地面气象观测工作质量的对策。
The preparation work before the occurrence of complex weather, such as thunderstorm and snowfall, and the techniques of ground meteorological observation which followed were discussed.The countermeasures to improve the quality of ground meteorological observation were also put forward.
