紧密型医疗联合体在区域分级诊疗中的应用

目的探讨新医改时期医疗联合体在区域分级诊疗中的作用.方法 2013年9月起,以绍兴第二医院为核心构筑医联体,对紧密型医联体成员单位绍兴第二医院平水分院在合作前一年和合作后两年内的业务指标和满意度进行对比分析.结果医疗联合体成员单位在门诊人次、住院人次、床位利用率等指标较医联体前均有明显上升,职工和患者对医院的满意度明显上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论紧密型医联体在区域分级诊疗中的实施能有效优化医疗资源的使用,提高医疗服务的质量,提升职工与患者满意度,值得推广.

Objectives To explore the role of medical consortium in the regional cascaded medical in the pe-riod of new medical reform. Methods From September 2013, Shaoxing No. 2 Hospital was built as thecore of the medical consortium and its Pingshui Branch Hospital as one of the compact members. Comparisonwas made between the business indicators and satisfaction from employees and patients of the PingshuiBranch Hospital respectively gained in the previous year of the cooperation and after 2 years of cooperation.Results The number of outpatients, inpatients and beds utilization rates of the Pingshui Branch Hospitalsignificantly increased compared with those before medical consortium. The satisfaction degree of employeesand patients to hospitals significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）.Conclusions The implementation of compact medical consortium in regional cascaded medical can effec-tively optimize the use of medical resources and improve the quality of medical services and the satisfaction ofemployees and patients, thus worth popularizing.
