摘要
在高职学生中开展人文素养需求调研,并对学生的总体需求和具体课程需求状况进行分析。调研中发现高职院校对学生的人文素养教育存在着实施过程缺少计划性、内容安排缺少体系性、具体落实缺少保障性等问题。据此从课程目标、课程结构、实现方式、学习制度等方面提出如何从学生需求出发,建构高职院校的人文素养教育体系。
The research on the needs of humanistic quality is carried out among the students in HigherVocational Colleges , and the overall needs of the students and the needs of the specific curriculum areanalyzed. The research found that humanistic quality education for students in higher vocational colleges arelack of planning, the lack of systematic arrangement of contents, the lack of security and other issues. Basedon this, this paper puts forward how to construct the humanistic quality in education system of highervocational colleges from the aspects of curriculum goal, curriculum structure, realization mode, studysystem and so on.
