摘要
[目的]探讨体验日志法在早期培养护生人文关怀品质中的应用效果。[方法]整群随机抽取2016级和2015级大学一年级护理本科护生各2个班为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学法,观察组在传统教学法基础上增加体验日志教学法。在人文修养课程教育前后采用护士人文关怀品质量表对两组护生进行评价。[结果]观察组护生在人文修养课程教育后人文关怀品质量表评分总分及关怀感知、关怀能力、关怀理念3个维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]体验日志法教学可有效提高护生的人文关怀品质。
Objective:To explore the effect of experience log method in the early cultivation of humanistic care quality of nursing students.Methods:The cluster random sample method was used to choose two classes of grade one in 2016 and 2015,respectively,as the experimental group and the control group.The control groups received the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group added experience log method on the basis of traditional teaching method.The nurses' humanistic care quality scale was used to evaluate two groups of nursing students before and after education.Results:The total score of humanistic care and the score of three dimensions:care awareness,care ability,and care concept of the experimental group was higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The teaching of experience log method could effectively improve the humanistic care quality of nursing students.
