摘要
[目的]编制护理本科毕业生质量追踪调查问卷。[方法]通过文献研究法及专家会议法形成原始问卷;采用Delphi法形成初始调查问卷;通过预调查并进行信效度检验,形成问卷终稿。[结果]最终问卷涵盖7个维度,共53个条目。问卷的内容效度指数(CVI)为0.951,Cronbach’sα系数为0.935。[结论]应用Delphi法构建的护理本科毕业生质量追踪调查问卷具有良好的信度与效度,能够为合理评价毕业生质量提供参考工具。
objective:To compile the quality tracking questionnaire for nursing undergraduates.Methods:The original questionnaire was established through literature research and expert meeting method.The initial questionnaire was formed by the Delphi method.The final draft of the questionnaire was established through pre-investigation and reliability test.Results:The final compiled questionnaire covered 7 dimensions,including 53 entries.The content validity index(CVI)of the questionnaire was 0.951,and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.935.Conclusion:The quality tracking questionnaire of nursing undergraduates constructed by Delphi method had good reliability and validity,which could provide a reference for assessing the quality of graduates.
